Carla is an active volunteer with Summer of Service (S.O.S.), a non-profit organization dedicated to education through travel and service. She serves as a member of the Model United Nations Club and is a member of the Academic UIL team. Carla is a part of STEM World Quest Team and she aspires to become a research scientist, specializing in seeking a cure for cancer or infectious diseases.
