Sandra enjoys learning mathematics and serves as captain in the Math Counts program at her school. She served as orchestra concertmaster at Tejeda middle school and is a member of the YOSA Philharmonic Orchestra. Sandra enjoys volunteering at the San Antonio Food Bank and the San Antonio Botanical Garden.
